As a member of the Yelp recruiting team, you will be responsible for finding qualified talent for our community management roles across the US, Canada, and the UK. You will also support the marketing efforts of the recruiting team to position Yelp as an extremely desirable place to work.
Responsibilities
* Work with hiring managers to identify the qualifications for a successful community manager
* Identify talent through creative sourcing channels (e.g. social networking, Boolean searches, internet research)
* Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers
* Coordinate full-cycle recruiting process, including distributing resumes and interview packets, collecting new hire paperwork, and facilitating the on-boarding process
* Represent Yelp at job fairs on campuses nationwide; work with the marketing team to position and brand Yelp as a desirable employer
* Work with other members o the recruiting team to track goals, metrics and performance of the team
* Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
